You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure customers achieve their objectives, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally. Your strategic approach and customer focus will directly impact customer lifetime value, retention, and ICEYE's business growth.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as a strategic business partner to ICEYE's customers. This permanent role is focused on ensuring customers achieve their business objectives, identifying expansion opportunities, and building long-term strategic relationships. You'll work closely with customers, sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes and value realization.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact

Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer objectives

Monitor customer health and usage metrics; proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities

Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption

Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Advocate for customer needs internally and contribute to product roadmap feedback

Report on key customer metrics and performance indicators

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
You will have:

At least 5 years of customer success, account management, or customer-facing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment

Proven track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and lifetime value

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders

Experience with customer success metrics and analytics

Understanding of defense, intelligence, space technology, or government markets is a plus

A proactive mindset and a commitment to contributing to our mission

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
