Role Summary
Reporting to the Lead Electrical Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize electrical harnesses for ICEYE's SAR satellites. This is a permanent role where you'll apply your expertise in electrical design, power systems, and signal integrity to create reliable, efficient harness solutions. You'll work closely with systems engineers, mechanical teams, and manufacturing to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet stringent space standards.
Key Responsibilities

Design electrical harnesses for satellites, including power distribution, signal routing, and interconnects

Develop harness specifications and technical documentation

Perform signal integrity and power distribution analysis

Optimize designs for reliability, manufacturability, and cost

Collaborate with systems engineers to understand requirements

Work with mechanical teams on harness routing and integration

Support manufacturing and assembly teams with design guidance

Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with space standards

Support testing and validation activities
What We Are Looking For
You will have:

At least 5 years of experience in electrical harness design or spacecraft wiring systems

Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and signal integrity

Experience with electrical CAD tools (Solidworks, E3, or similar)

Understanding of space standards (IPC, NASA, ESA standards)

Strong technical communication and documentation skills

Experience with RF systems or high-frequency signal routing is a plus
-
Experience in aerospace or defense applications is highly valued
