Role Summary

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of ICEYE's accounts receivable operations. This 12-month fixed-term role is pivotal to strong cash flow management, reliable financial reporting, and robust controls. The role will focus on:

  • Managing accounts receivable operations and collections

  • Invoice creation and management

  • Reconciliation and GL reconciliation

  • Supporting the revenue and accounting teams

  • Working with customers on payment arrangements

  • Maintaining data integrity and systems

  • Ensuring compliance with ICEYE policies and relevant regulations

Key Responsibilities

  • Own accurate and timely accounts receivable operations and collections

  • Monitor cash flow and support timely collections

  • Create and manage customer invoices

  • Perform AR reconciliation and GL reconciliation

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries

  • Liaise with customers on payment arrangements and collection matters

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and the accounting system

  • Report on key AR metrics and performance

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of AR processes

Based on your experience and qualifications, this role could grow into a permanent position.

What We Are Looking For

You will have:

  • At least 3 years of accounts receivable or finance operations experience

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Workiva, NetSuite, or similar), or quick aptitude to learn

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Experience with cash flow analysis and AR metrics reporting

  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles (IFRS/US GAAP).

  • Interest or experience in SaaS or technology companies

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly growing company

  • A proactive mindset and a commitment to contributing to our mission
