Why this role matters:

As an Engineering Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure the availability of critical components and materials that enable ICEYE's engineering teams to develop the world's most advanced satellite technology. You'll manage supplier relationships, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics that directly impact the success and timeline of ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite constellation. Your work will directly contribute to delivering space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities that enable governments and allied nations to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy.

This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. The Role

You will be responsible for managing supply chain activities related to engineering components and materials. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage supplier relationships and communications

• Execute procurement activities and maintain vendor databases

• Manage inventory and material planning

• Track supplier performance and quality

• Support supply chain analytics and reporting

• Identify and resolve supply chain issues and risks

• Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization

• Support compliance with procurement policies and standards

• Interface with engineering and finance teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or related field

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices

• Experience managing supplier relationships

• Experience with supply chain management systems and tools is beneficial

• Proficiency with Excel and business software is essential

• Experience in high-reliability industries (preferably aerospace/space) is beneficial

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Fluency in English

• Working knowledge of procurement standards and compliance is beneficial
