About ICEYE
ICEYE leads the synthetic aperture radar satellite operations field, managing the world's largest SAR constellation. The organization employs over 600 people across five international offices and focuses on Earth observation, disaster management, and monitoring solutions.
The Role
The Missions Management team at ICEYE is responsible for looking after the satellites from the start of build to delivery to launch and throughout the operational life. You will manage satellites throughout their lifecycle—from initial construction through operational deployment.
What You'll Do

Coordinating assembly, integration, and testing activities while managing non-conformance reports

Overseeing launch preparation and early orbital operations phases
-
Maintaining in-orbit mission performance and addressing operational issues
-
Creating and implementing maintenance strategies for active satellites
-
Supporting proposal development with technical planning and scheduling documentation
-
Ownership of qualification, configuration and acceptance plans and records for missions in-build
-
Support and ultimately manage mission launch and early orbit phase through pre-launch mock-ops to launch
Requirements
-
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics discipline, or equivalent aerospace systems experience
-
Minimum 3 years professional experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry
-
Experience implementing project management of a technical mission within a strong team environment
-
Leading key tasks or groups towards a deliverable end goal
-
Must have a technical background and be adept at working and solving technical issues
-
Strong cross-functional communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement
-
Self-motivation and commitment to continuous improvement

Compensation
Base salary range: €5,000-6,300 per month (gross), contingent on experience level.
