About Quandela
Quandela is a French deep-tech company founded in 2017 that designs photonic quantum computers and makes them available to European academic and industrial research.
We are developing the entire technology chain, from the design of photonic quantum computers, to the software bricks that accompany them — in particular Perceval, our open-source simulation library, and Merlin, our algorithm execution platform — as well as the infrastructure necessary to operate these systems in real computing environments.
As part of the EuroQCS-France program (GENCI & CEA), Quandela provides the European scientific community with photonic quantum machines connected to HPC supercomputers. In 2025, our latest generation photonic quantum computer, Lucy (12 qubits), was deployed at TGCC CEA, directly coupled to the Joliot-Curie supercomputer.
The Context
Germany represents one of the most significant markets for quantum computing innovation in Europe. Quandela is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our German market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in this critical territory.
The Role
As a Sales Manager GERMANY, you will:

Lead the sales strategy for the German market

Build and manage strategic partnerships with key accounts

Conduct sales presentations and technical demonstrations

Collaborate with the pre-sales team and product teams

Develop sales forecasts and market analysis

Manage the sales pipeline and close enterprise deals

Travel throughout Germany (and occasionally to other European markets)

Report on KPIs and market insights
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background:

7+ years of B2B sales experience in the technology, software, or consulting sectors

Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and building strategic partnerships

Strong understanding of the German market and business culture

Experience in complex sales environments (preferably deep-tech or software)

Track record of exceeding sales targets
Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of quantum computing or HPC

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools

Strong analytical and forecasting skills

Experience with sales management software
Soft Skills:

Fluency in German and English (essential)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
