The Role

As a System Engineer, you'll transform system requirements into architectural solutions and lead cross-functional coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

• Transform system requirements into architectural solutions

• Lead cross-functional coordination across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and machine learning teams

• Conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses to guide design decisions

• Oversee system integration, prototyping, and validation phases

• Drive design reviews maintaining consistency between requirements and testing

• Enhance requirements traceability and documentation processes

Requirements

• Required: 10+ years in system engineering within robotics, aerospace, or defense sectors

• Master's degree in Engineering

• Proven track record managing complete system lifecycles

• Strong expertise in system architecture and requirements engineering

• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams

• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• PhD in Engineering

• UAS or defense systems background
