The Role
We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee factory operations delivering production targets of 10,000+ units/month while optimizing efficiency metrics.
What You'll Do
Operational Leadership:

Oversee factory operations across semi-automated, fully automated, and high-specification zones
-
Deliver production targets (10,000+ units/month) while optimizing efficiency metrics
-
Apply lean manufacturing principles throughout operations
Digital Manufacturing & Traceability:
-
Manage real-time operations via Odoo dashboards and KPIs
-
Ensure 100% material and process traceability aligned with NATO and ISO standards
-
Drive digital twin and predictive maintenance initiatives
Quality & Safety:
-
Maintain ≥99% FPY through in-line testing and quality assurance
-
Oversee metrology labs and non-conformance resolution
-
Ensure ISO 45001 health, safety, and environmental compliance
Logistics & Material Flow:
-
Oversee AGV-based logistics and warehouse operations
-
Monitor digital Kanban systems and inventory performance
People & Culture:
-
Build and develop high-performance teams
-
Oversee recruitment and training programs
Governance & Reporting:
-
Ensure NATO security and compliance standards
-
Report weekly and monthly KPIs to executive leadership
Requirements
-
Required: Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
-
8+ years in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing
-
Expertise in lean manufacturing and MES/ERP systems (Odoo, SAP)
-
Strong analytical and change-management capabilities
-
Bilingual fluency in French and English
Nice to Have
-
Knowledge of NATO STANAG 2280, ICPE, and ISO standards
-
High-mix, high-precision production scaling experience
-
Power BI proficiency
