The Role

We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to ensure product compliance throughout the lifecycle, from design and procurement to manufacturing, delivery, and customer support.

What You'll Do

• Qualify suppliers, materials, and manufacturing processes

• Validate prototypes and pilot series before production

• Monitor production processes for consistent quality

• Lead non-conformity management with root cause analysis

• Oversee control plans and quality documentation traceability

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Promote quality culture across teams

• Manage customer complaints with preventive resolution

Requirements

• Required: 10 years of experience in industrial projects

• Professional English proficiency (speaking and writing)

• Strong presentation and documentation abilities

• Autonomous work capability with team collaboration orientation

• Proactive, solution-focused mindset

• Passion for space and entrepreneurship

Nice to Have

• Experience in space or aeronautic sectors

• ISO 9001/EN 9100 knowledge

• Familiarity with space standards—ECSS, MIL

• Previous work in startups or fast-paced environments
