Job Description

As Program Manager, coordinate specific client projects ensuring technical, documentary, and operational success. Transform customer requirements into concrete deliverables while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Main tasks: analyze specifications, oversee project implementation, motivate teams and subcontractors, serve as primary customer contact, ensure documentary output. Education: Engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in project management, electronics, telecommunications, or complex systems. Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical project management, ideally in defense, aerospace, security, or critical systems. Key skills: proficiency in project methodologies (V-model, Agile), excellent interpersonal skills, fluent English, rigorous and organized, analytical mind. Human qualities: diplomacy, listening skills, leadership, autonomy, stress resistance.
