The Role

As Product Manager, you'll drive company strategy through product specification and roadmap based on market and technological analysis, managing full-scale development and industrialization.

What You'll Do

Product Definition:

• Develop specifications from customer feedback, market analysis, and technology assessment

Project Management:

• Create and maintain timelines throughout the product lifecycle

Technical Coordination:

• Oversee system architecture and development across R&D and industrialization phases

Team Leadership:

• Manage project teams to maintain performance and quality standards

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Interface between technical, product, and stakeholder teams (customers, sales, marketing, program management)

Resource Allocation:

• Manage engineering and resource allocation for project objectives

Requirements

• Required: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years technical experience

• Expertise in defense systems, UAVs, robotics, aerospace, RF/radar, optronics, PNT, or AI

• Customer and product-oriented mindset

• Proven experience managing complex aerospace/defense/robotics projects through industrialization

• Strong technical background with complex problem-solving ability

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills

• Leadership capability to motivate cross-functional teams
