Our mission is to make our engineering team the most productive in the industry. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will be the architect of our internal ecosystem. You will move beyond traditional CI/CD to build an intelligent platform that leverages LLMs and AI-driven automation to eliminate friction, reduce cognitive load, and allow our developers to focus solely on shipping value.

Your missions:

• AI Integration: Design and implement AI-powered internal tools (e.g., automated PR reviewers, intelligent documentation search, and AI-assisted debugging agents).

• Platform Orchestration: Build and maintain a Golden Path for development, ensuring that starting a new service is a one-click experience.

• Tooling Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and build advanced CLI tools, IDE plugins, and internal portals to streamline daily workflows.

• Telemetry & Insights: Define and track Developer Joy metrics (DORA metrics, build times, and developer sentiment) to identify and destroy bottlenecks.

• Advocacy & Education: Act as a bridge between platform and product teams, teaching best practices and ensuring the tools you build are actually loved and used.

Your profile:

• You have experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into internal workflows.

• You are proficient in languages like Go, Python, or TypeScript, and comfortable with cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).

• You have deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code.

• You treat The Developer as your customer. You care about UX, even if that UI is a terminal or a config file.

Bonus points:

• You have experience in cybersecurity

• You have experience working with LLMs
