The Role
Build and develop clients within the Commercial segment throughout Germany.
What You'll Do
-
Actively generate sales pipelines with SDR team support

Manage complete sales cycles from lead qualification to closing

Travel nationwide to meet clients and establish relationships
-
Collaborate with technical Concept Engineers on project feasibility assessments
-
Work with Marketing and Solutions teams on client engagement
-
Track success using data-driven KPIs
Requirements
-
Minimum two years B2B sales experience (Account Executive or Business Development Manager role)
-
Strong MEDDIC sales methodology knowledge with proven practical application
-
Demonstrated track record acquiring and closing new accounts
-
C-level communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Willingness to travel within Germany
-
Data-driven, ambitious approach to market development
-
Interest in continuous learning about CNC, metalworking, intralogistics, and automation
