The Role

Build and develop clients within the Commercial segment throughout Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Actively generate sales pipelines with SDR team support

  • Manage complete sales cycles from lead qualification to closing

  • Travel nationwide to meet clients and establish relationships

  • Collaborate with technical Concept Engineers on project feasibility assessments

  • Work with Marketing and Solutions teams on client engagement

  • Track success using data-driven KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum two years B2B sales experience (Account Executive or Business Development Manager role)

  • Strong MEDDIC sales methodology knowledge with proven practical application

  • Demonstrated track record acquiring and closing new accounts

  • C-level communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Willingness to travel within Germany

  • Data-driven, ambitious approach to market development

  • Interest in continuous learning about CNC, metalworking, intralogistics, and automation
