The Role
Bridge customer requirements and robotics technology by developing customized automation strategies.
What You'll Do

Collaborate with clients and sales teams to develop customized automation strategies

Create technically sound, cost-effective robotic solutions

Design compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value prototypes

Serve as technical liaison in sales discussions, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences

Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Operations)

Gather customer feedback for product development
Requirements
-
Several years in technical pre-sales or automation/mechanical design, ideally within robotics
-
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) and simulation tools
-
Strong presentation and documentation skills
-
Creative problem-solving abilities with practical implementation focus
-
Professional communication with direct customer engagement capability (~20-30% travel)
-
Fluent German or English
