This position is available in Munich (on-site) or remote across Germany.

The Role

Bridge customer requirements and robotics technology by developing customized automation strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients and sales teams to develop customized automation strategies

  • Create technically sound, cost-effective robotic solutions

  • Design compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value prototypes

  • Serve as technical liaison in sales discussions, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Operations)

  • Gather customer feedback for product development

Requirements

  • Several years in technical pre-sales or automation/mechanical design, ideally within robotics

  • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) and simulation tools

  • Strong presentation and documentation skills

  • Creative problem-solving abilities with practical implementation focus

  • Professional communication with direct customer engagement capability (~20-30% travel)

  • Fluent German or English
