About ARX Robotics

ARX Robotics is a dual-use technology company specializing in autonomous unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) for defense and civilian first responder applications.

The Role

ARX Robotics seeks a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage key customer relationships within the defense sector, working with both industrial and governmental partners.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and nurture strategic accounts aligned with customer objectives

  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product portfolios

  • Manage R&D projects encompassing software and hardware components

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management and Marketing

  • Conduct market and competitive analyses for strategic recommendations

  • Report account status and sales potential to leadership

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably in key account management

  • Proven success managing major customers in defense sector

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Military background preferred

  • German and English fluency (written and spoken)

  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, goal-oriented mindset

  • Occasional travel availability
