The Role
ARX Robotics seeks a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage key customer relationships within the defense sector, working with both industrial and governmental partners.
What You Will Do

Develop and nurture strategic accounts aligned with customer objectives

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product portfolios
-
Manage R&D projects encompassing software and hardware components
-
Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management and Marketing
-
Conduct market and competitive analyses for strategic recommendations
-
Report account status and sales potential to leadership
Requirements
-
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
-
5+ years sales experience, preferably in key account management
-
Proven success managing major customers in defense sector
-
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-
Military background preferred
-
German and English fluency (written and spoken)
-
Entrepreneurial, analytical, goal-oriented mindset
-
Occasional travel availability
