The Role

Generate high-quality leads for Europe's leading SMB automation company.

What You'll Do

  • Establish first contact with prospects and identify decision-makers

  • Create new sales opportunities within dynamic marketing environments

  • Foster connections aligned with company principles and manage handoffs to field sales

  • Support campaigns and optimize sales strategy with other departments

Requirements

  • 0-3 years in telesales or inside sales

  • Demonstrated success meeting acquisition targets

  • Passion for robotics or manufacturing sectors

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

  • Ability to build trustworthy client relationships
