Job Description

In the Market Management division, a permanent full-time position as Sales Manager (m/f/d) is available as of April 1, 2026.

Your tasks:

  • Regional sales management from A to Z on a global level (B2B/B2G business)

  • Product and system business

  • Public authority business / approvals / future technologies / contract negotiations

  • Dealing with major projects in special aviation

  • Skillful and sustainable implementation of processes, projects and offers (offer management, technical sales support, key account management)

  • Target-oriented and pioneering cooperation with the sales team with regard to all questions in technical as well as sales aspects

  • Documentation of sales activities via the internal CRM system

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree with a technical/business background (or comparable)

  • Sales experience required

  • Experience in aviation desirable

  • Technical affinity and understanding of complex systems

  • Confident appearance and very good negotiating skills as well as a proactive, structured way of working

  • High level of communication skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Business fluent in German and English
