About Quantum Diamonds

Quantum Diamonds is a deep-tech startup founded in 2022 as a TU Munich spin-off, developing quantum sensing technologies for semiconductor chip testing with a 30-person team.

The Role

Part-time working student position (15-20 hours per week) supporting daily financial operations within the CEO Office.

What You'll Do

• Manage complete accounting workflow including invoice processing and expense payments via DATEV

• Serve as primary liaison with tax advisors and external accounting partners

• Assist with monthly bookkeeping and financial closing procedures

• Develop and streamline finance systems for scalability

• Handle grant-related submissions and reimbursement documentation

• Support investor activities through fundraising material preparation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset

• Excel proficiency

• Independent task execution capability

• Mandatory German language proficiency

• Availability to work from Munich office
