About Quantum Diamonds
Quantum Diamonds is a deep-tech startup founded in 2022 as a TU Munich spin-off, developing quantum sensing technologies for semiconductor chip testing with a 30-person team.
The Role
Part-time working student position (15-20 hours per week) supporting daily financial operations within the CEO Office.
What You'll Do

Manage complete accounting workflow including invoice processing and expense payments via DATEV

Serve as primary liaison with tax advisors and external accounting partners

Assist with monthly bookkeeping and financial closing procedures
-
Develop and streamline finance systems for scalability
-
Handle grant-related submissions and reimbursement documentation
-
Support investor activities through fundraising material preparation
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
-
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
-
Excel proficiency
-
Independent task execution capability
-
Mandatory German language proficiency
-
Availability to work from Munich office
