About Quantum Diamonds
Quantum Diamonds develops automated quantum sensing measurement systems with high-stability mechanical components enabling sub-micron positioning.
The Role
Lead CAD/PDM system infrastructure and automation while collaborating with engineering partners to commercialize precision instruments.
What You'll Do
-
Establish and optimize CAD/PDM system infrastructure
-
Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions like automated drawing generation
-
Collaborate across departments and with external providers on workflow integration
-
Develop modular BOM structures
-
Contribute to machine development conceptual work
-
Build and maintain partner networks
-
Potentially lead a construction/design team
Requirements
-
MSc with 5+ years industry experience OR PhD with 3+ years industry experience
-
Minimum 3 years as PDM key user or administrator
-
Strong problem-solving and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities
-
Structured working style with ability to develop and manage modular, structured BOMs
-
CAD system proficiency
-
Excellent cross-team communication skills
-
Leadership experience is advantageous
