The Role

Senior lithography specialist for the Aachen semiconductor manufacturing facility, focusing on installation, maintenance, and optimization of lithography equipment.

What You Will Do

• Execute and support equipment installation and process qualification activities for the Lithography area

• Collaborate with suppliers on maintenance planning

• Drive equipment improvements

• Mentor junior staff

• Develop continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Required: Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with 200mm/300mm lithography systems

• Experience with scanners from ASML, Nikon, or Canon

• Experience with litho tracks from DNS or TEL manufacturers

• Expertise with ASML scanners, Cymer lasers, and TEL tracks (ACT8, ACT12, or more advanced platforms)

• Experience troubleshooting sub-fab support systems (laser subsystems, chilled water, vacuum)

• Proficiency in EFMEA and equipment process mapping

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies

• Proactive mindset suited to fast-paced pilot environments

• Fluent English communication skills
