About Black Semiconductor
Black Semiconductor develops graphene-based photonic solutions for semiconductor manufacturing innovation, focusing on chip connectivity and energy efficiency.
The Role
Experienced engineer designing, optimizing, and developing ALD, dielectric, and metal deposition processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
What You Will Do
-
Develop and refine atomic layer deposition and metal coating processes to achieve performance targets

Provide technical guidance on deposition equipment operation and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
-
Work cross-functionally with equipment teams and technicians on system improvements
-
Qualify processes through data analysis ensuring consistency and repeatability
-
Maintain comprehensive documentation on recipes, parameters, and equipment compliance
-
Mentor junior staff on deposition best practices
-
Monitor emerging technologies in coating techniques
Requirements
-
Required: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

5+ years process engineering experience focusing on atomic layer or metal deposition
-
Semiconductor fabrication background, preferably with 300mm wafer systems
-
Knowledge of deposition techniques including ALD, CVD, and PVD applications
-
Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities
-
Excellent collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills
-
Familiarity with semiconductor safety and regulatory standards

Fluent English communication abilities
