The Role

Team Lead overseeing electronic integrated graphene photonics devices characterization efforts as the company transitions from R&D to volume manufacturing.

What You Will Do

• Direct characterization efforts for graphene photonics components including modulators, photodetectors, and integrated circuits

• Create testing protocols and establish performance metrics for manufacturability

• Scale testing infrastructure from research settings to high-volume production environments

• Partner with manufacturing teams to enhance output quality, dependability, and standards

• Recruit and supervise test engineering staff while cultivating continuous improvement practices

• Coordinate across product, manufacturing, quality divisions and external equipment partners

Requirements

• Required: M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline

• 5+ years in semiconductor characterization or photonics testing with demonstrated leadership

• Technical expertise in photonic and electronic-photonic integrated circuit testing

• Proficiency in electrical and optical measurement methodologies

• Background in high-volume testing, process automation, and statistical methods

• Experience with RF photonics or high-speed communication applications

• Familiarity with photonic component standards and reliability protocols

• Hands-on experience with optical testing equipment and RF instruments

• Python programming and data analysis capabilities
