Marketing Lead (m/f/d)
Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Marketing Lead to shape and drive ARX's marketing strategy. In this role, you'll oversee the development of an integrated content and brand marketing engine that communicates our bold ambitions in defense and frontier technology.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with business development, tech, and product teams and analyse performance data to maximise ROI. You will lead a high-performing team, steer cross-functional initiatives, and ensure every touchpoint consistently reflects the ARX vision.
Responsibilities

Run an effective content marketing program that supports and conveys ARX's visionary goals owning strategy, execution, and outcomes across all key content formats and channels

Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and structure to grow team capabilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives

Drive a high-impact content marketing strategy, ensuring seamless integration and agile execution across all campaign and brand efforts

Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, and Tech teams to create synergistic go-to-market strategies

Refine and articulate the company's brand and vision, ensuring our messaging is compelling, differentiated, and consistent across all internal and external touchpoints

Own performance reporting, including campaign ROI, KPIs, and marketing attribution using data to drive iteration and growth
Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

Proven success running and scaling content marketing programs, with strong editorial judgment and narrative craft

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale integrated marketing teams

A strong grasp of content management systems and editorial operations

Experience in the defense industry is a plus

Excellent communication skills with business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
