About Quantum Diamonds
Quantum Diamonds is a TU Munich spin-off founded in 2022, developing quantum sensors for semiconductor chip testing. The 30-person team works with major manufacturers globally.
The Role
Manage laboratory, assembly, and office operations to ensure teams can focus on innovation while you take ownership of infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance.
What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day facility operations across labs and offices
-
Coordinate maintenance with external contractors (HVAC, compressed air, safety systems)
-
Manage infrastructure upgrades and building adjustments
-
Ensure EHS compliance, fire protection, and TÜV inspections
-
Handle facility budgets and procurement
-
Serve as primary contact for landlords and service providers
-
Support space planning during company scaling
Requirements
-
Degree or vocational training in Facility Management or Operations
-
1-3 years experience in R&D, production, or laboratory settings
-
Technical knowledge of building systems
-
Fluency in German and English
-
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
