IT Helpdesk Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief

As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our internal IT support needs. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide user support, and maintain our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

• Install and configure IT equipment

• Manage user accounts and access permissions

• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks

• Document support tickets and maintain knowledge base

• Collaborate with IT team and external vendors

• Ensure security and compliance with IT policies

Qualification Checklist

• Completed vocational training in IT or related field, or equivalent experience

• Several years of practical experience in IT support or helpdesk environment

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Proficiency in German and English

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Active Directory or similar user management systems

• Knowledge of cloud-based services (Office 365, Google Workspace)

• Experience with ticketing systems

• Linux system administration experience
