The Role

Lead complex contract lifecycles end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the creation of high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids for ARX Robotics.

What You Will Do

• Manage entire contract lifecycles from bid development through delivery

• Coordinate internal stakeholders (technical, business development, legal) and external partners

• Create and implement bid strategies compliant with public procurement laws

• Develop compelling bid content with technical experts

• Conduct risk analyses and mitigation planning

• Ensure quality and clarity of bid documentation

• Support presentations and customer negotiations

• Improve bid management processes and tools

• Lead and mentor junior Bid Managers

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, law, or equivalent

• 5+ years in contract, bid, or project management (defense sector preferred)

• Knowledge of German public procurement law (VgV, UVgO, GWB)

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

• Interdisciplinary team experience

• Business fluency in German and English (written/spoken)

• Solution-oriented mindset with deadline adherence

• Willingness to travel regularly
