The Role

Define and advance RobCo's modular robotics platform across software and hardware layers.

What You'll Do

• Shape product roadmaps for software, AI, and hardware capabilities

• Integrate software intelligence with mechanical systems seamlessly

• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to create detailed specifications

• Support hardware validation, component selection, and prototype reviews

• Translate AI potential into concrete product features

• Test concepts, analyze user data, and drive continuous improvements

• Make complex robotic systems intuitive and accessible

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management for robotics or automation systems

• Strong understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud systems, and AI products

• Hands-on familiarity with hardware development processes

• Technical knowledge of robot kinematics, sensors, drives, and control systems

• Proven ability to write sound product requirements and manage cross-functional projects

• Agile environment experience balancing long-term vision with rapid iteration

• Excellent cross-team communication skills

• Professional English fluency (German advantageous)
