The Role

Product Owner & Business Systems Analyst leading internal software projects as Product Owner for in-house solutions.

What You Will Do

• Manage internal software and capability projects with full Product Owner accountability

• Collaborate across departments to understand system requirements and alignment with organizational goals

• Build and maintain product backlogs, prioritizing features, and overseeing rollouts with training and adoption support

• Identify and evaluate new processes, capabilities, and software solutions for digital improvement

Requirements

• Required: Self-starter with the flexibility to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced start-up environment

• Proven experience as SCRUM Product Owner with knowledge of standard PMS/BOS systems

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• English fluency required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
