The Role

ARX Robotics seeks a strategic CISO to lead and oversee the organization's information security program, reporting to the Chief Legal & HR Officer.

What You Will Do

• Develop enterprise-wide information security strategy and champion security across organizational levels

• Define roles, responsibilities, and lead security governance initiatives

• Establish and enhance Information Security Management System per ISO/IEC 27001 standards

• Create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures

• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements

• Implement and oversee controls, incident response, and threat mitigation

Requirements

• 8-10+ years progressive information security leadership experience

• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor)

• Demonstrated ISMS implementation in complex environments

• Expertise in NATO AQAP, NATO Security Policy, IEC 62443

• Background in defence, security, aerospace, automotive, or robotics sectors

• Strong regulatory and risk management knowledge

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
