The Role

Own the ecosystem that measures how well robot learning models perform—in simulation and on real robots.

What You'll Do

• Develop reproducible test frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD and release pipelines

• Create standardized performance metrics including success rates, robustness assessments, and latency measurements

• Organize and version multimodal datasets containing demonstrations, trajectories, logs, and sensor data

• Define scenes, assets, and procedures while ensuring reproducibility and safety

• Build dashboards and track performance trends over time

• Partner with ML, robotics, autonomy, and product teams

Requirements

• Background in Data Engineering, Data Science, QA Engineering, or Simulation

• Strong dataset and data pipeline management experience

• Python proficiency with ML/data tools (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Spark, Ray Data)

• Experience building metrics, dashboards, or analytics tools

• Familiarity with simulation frameworks (Unity, Unreal, Isaac Sim)

• Strong documentation and communication abilities
