The Role

Join as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Infrastructure Engineer IV) focusing on cloud infrastructure, developer experience, and platform reliability. The role emphasizes designing secure AWS systems, implementing infrastructure-as-code practices, and fostering optimization culture.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure

• Lead infrastructure-as-code development using Terraform

• Own monitoring and observability strategies with tools like Grafana and Sentry

• Address technical debt and improve system reliability

• Mentor mid-level engineers through documentation and code reviews

• Balance multiple priorities in fast-changing environments

• Enhance automation, observability, and deployment pipelines

• Drive security best practices across infrastructure

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 6+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related AWS-focused roles

• Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform, GitOps, and CI/CD systems

• Security best practices knowledge

• Problem-solving ability in ambiguous situations

• Startup or scale-up environment experience

• Fluent English communication skills

• Strong stakeholder influence capabilities

Nice to Have

• Cost optimization background

• Compliance or developer platform enablement experience

• Additional observability or security tools beyond standard offerings
