Your Mission:
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Satellite Mission Team and support seamless payload integration. This team is working on the end-to-end execution of satellite missions. You will be responsible for the payload software integration and payload data handling for our customer payloads.

Drive the end-to-end development/integration of onboard payload software, from initial concept through deployment in orbit.

Translate mission and customer needs into precise technical specifications and design strategies, identifying risks early.

Take full engineering ownership across the software lifecycle — requirements shaping, architecture, coding, verification, and validation.

Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and suppliers.

Structure and track project activities through well-defined work packages.

Produce concise technical deliverables and review material to support project milestones. Contribute to and lead technical reviews.

Support integration and testing phases across subsystems and payloads.

Coordinate day-to-day work with the team, monitor progress and surface critical blockers to leadership.
Your Background:

Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in high-reliability embedded or spaceflight software.

Experience with both embedded RTOS and Embedded Linux/POSIX programming environments.

Skilled in structured problem-solving, technical communication, collaborative environments.
-
Experience with space payload software development is a big plus.

Experience with ECSS standards is a plus.
-
Experience with NASA cFS or similar frameworks is a plus.
