As a Business Operations Analyst, you will drive both strategic and operational execution across Hypersonica. You will work cross‑functionally with leadership, engineering, programmes, public affairs, HR, IT, finance, and administrative functions to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and scalable internal processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly structured, hands‑on, and comfortable owning both analytical initiatives and essential operational tasks — including responsibilities typically handled by administrative support staff, such as scheduling, documentation, workflow coordination, and internal process organisation.

A core part of your work will be serving as project manager for Hypersonica's AS9100 certification, ensuring documentation readiness, cross‑team alignment, and successful audit preparation. You will also lead the implementation of cross‑functional software tools, platforms, and operational workflows, helping to build the organisational backbone required for a fast‑scaling aerospace company.
