You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEOs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact strategic and operational projects. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on executing the strategy for the next fundraising round

• Prepare materials for fundraise (e.g. decks, data room, investor outreach)

• Assist with investor meetings and follow-ups

• Support due diligence processes and market intelligence gathering

• Assist in preparation and coordination of: Board Meetings, investor Jour Fixes, OKR Process, All-Hands Meetings

• Track and follow up on key action items post-meetings

• Support business development initiatives

• Preparation of external presentations and materials

• Conduct market and competitor analysis

• Continuously identify areas to optimize internal workflows and processes

• Take ownership of initiatives with measurable impact

• Provide analytical and organizational support for ad hoc high-priority & -impact projects

Required Qualifications

• Highly structured thinker with excellent written & verbal communication

• Strong project management and prioritization skills

• Analytical mindset, ownership mentality and a “get-stuff-done” attitude

• Proficiency in tools like Google Suite and Microsoft 365

• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Studies or experience in Business, Economics, Consulting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
