You will own Germany. Full P&L responsibility. Your mandate is to launch, scale and lead Isembard's German factory network — sourcing and converting franchise sites, driving revenue growth, enforcing quality standards and embedding MasonOS into operations.

Launch and scale Isembard Germany operations

Own revenue, margin and cash performance

Identify and convert franchisee machine shops

Build local customer pipeline within aerospace, defence and industrial sectors

Ensure ISO/AS9100 compliance and operational standards

Drive MasonOS adoption across all sites

Hire and develop local leadership

Represent Isembard to customers, regulators and partners

Senior leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial businesses

Strong commercial instincts and P&L ownership experience

Experience working in regulated or real-world industries

Fluency in German and English
