Your Role: Shape the Future of Autonomous Flight

As a key member of our team, you will:

Develop and Optimize Flight Software

• Design, implement, and maintain flight software for drones and autonomous aerial systems.

• Optimize real-time flight control algorithms to enhance stability and performance.

• Contribute to software architecture decisions to improve modularity and scalability.

Test and Validate Performance

• Develop, validate, and debug flight control software in simulation environments.

• Analyze flight log data to diagnose issues and enhance performance.

• Conduct hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and real-world flight validation.

Collaborate and Innovate

• Work closely with robotics and avionics engineers to integrate software with hardware systems.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to our development processes.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Proficiency

• Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python.

• A strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and algorithms.

• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded systems.

• Solid understanding of control theory, state estimation, and sensor fusion.

• Familiarity with UAV flight dynamics, PX4, ROS, or ArduPilot is a plus.
