Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company specializing in the development and manufacturing of electro-optical systems for surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting, including laser markers, thermal imaging systems, night vision equipment, and other advanced devices. The company is currently looking for a Software Test Engineer to join them and validate all software and firmware developed by R&D team. This is a system-level, black-box testing role focused on real device behavior, integration, reliability, and breaking things before customers do.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute system and black-box tests.

Validate complete device behavior and integrations.

Run regression, stress, and stability testing.

Build and maintain automated and manual test setups.

Reproduce issues and provide clear bug reports.

Support release and production qualification.

What we expect

Experience in system/black-box or integration testing.

Multiplatform (Windows / Linux), UART, SPI, I2C, USB, TCP/IP, Git, CI pipelines knowledge.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Experience working with hardware devices and lab equipment.

Test planning and documentation experience.

Independent, practical, engineering mindset.

Salary of 3000-5500 Eur gross, depending on your skills, professional experience, and competencies.
