The Role
Support strategic initiatives for a rapidly scaling deep tech company. This role encompasses equity/debt/subsidy transactions, annual strategy planning, and driving key business initiatives.
What You'll Do

Lead or support equity, debt and subsidy transactions to maintain funding

Manage the annual strategy planning cycle and business planning initiatives

Drive strategic initiatives including supply chain partnerships, manufacturing concepts, and customer technology implementation

Provide analytical support to leadership on various business matters
-
Close deals and structure business agreements
-
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Requirements
-
Required: Master's degree from a top-tier university (technical background valued but not required)
-
3-10 years in high-performance environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, or deep tech ventures)
-
Strong commercial mindset with deal-closing orientation
-
Proficiency in business planning, deal structuring, and market research
-
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data storytelling

Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on execution
-
Passion for deep tech and clean energy
