Role Overview

As a Medior Financial Accountant, you are responsible for accurate and timely financial administration. You will work closely with the CFO and the Office Manager. You'll take on a broad range of tasks, including both operational and controlling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Preparing and analyzing financial reports

• Processing general ledger, bank, and journal entries

• Preparing and filing VAT returns

• Contributing actively to the optimization of processes and systems

• Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

• Experience with ERP systems (such as Exact, SAP, or AFAS)

• Strong Excel skills

• Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently

• Fluent in Dutch and English
