Flight Test & Validation Engineer

Role

Plan and execute flight tests and validation activities for DeltaQuad UAVs; ensure reliability and performance under varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for flight systems, payloads and navigation.
• Conduct flight tests and collect data to validate system performance.
• Analyse results and prepare reports to support certification and compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with engineers for improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in flight testing or aviation engineering.
• Knowledge of PX4 autopilot and EASA/FAA certification requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to test sites.
