The Role

Hands-on engineer developing and optimizing high-temperature furnace systems for material growth, combining R&D with manufacturing responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Adapt and transfer existing processes to a newly upgraded furnace tool

• Optimize material growth processes and design/test new furnace components

• Perform hands-on equipment modifications including installation and testing

• Collaborate with R&D to validate system updates and meet quality targets

• Work in cleanroom environments following process control standards

Requirements

• Required: 3+ years experience operating or maintaining furnace systems

• Proficiency with high-temperature wafer processes

• Cleanroom environment experience (R&D lab or semiconductor fab)

• Hands-on technical aptitude for troubleshooting and improvements

• Willingness to relocate from Netherlands to Germany

• Experience with process scaling or recipe transfer between systems
