The Role
Develop materials and processes for Gas Diffusion Electrodes (GDE) used in advanced energy storage systems.
What You'll Do
-
Develop and optimize GDE materials and manufacturing processes

Characterize electrode performance and properties
-
Design experiments and analyze results
-
Scale up processes from research to production
-
Collaborate with R&D and production teams
-
Document processes and maintain quality standards
Requirements
-
Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or related field
-
Experience with electrode materials or electrochemical systems
-
Understanding of materials characterization techniques
-
Process development experience
-
Hands-on laboratory skills
-
Good English communication
Nice to Have
-
Gas diffusion electrode experience
-
Battery or fuel cell background
-
Knowledge of electrochemical testing methods
