About LeydenJar Technologies
LeydenJar Technologies develops advanced silicon anode battery technology, delivering performance improvements of up to 70% compared to traditional battery industry standards. The company is establishing PlantOne in Eindhoven, operational by 2026, with plans for additional large-scale production facilities.
The Role
This position spans two phases:
Phase 1 (Until End 2026): Support plant startup by overseeing electrical systems installation, including utilities, safety systems, and power distribution. Collaborate on continuous improvement projects with production teams.
Phase 2 (2027 Onward): Lead maintenance and equipment performance management, focusing on vacuum deposition systems and facility-wide utilities.
What You'll Do

Oversee electrical installations per Dutch regulations (NEN3140, Scope 8)

Maintain vacuum deposition equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance uptime and reliability
-
Develop spare parts strategies and manage maintenance contracts
-
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
-
Support future factory construction planning with technical expertise
Requirements
-
Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
-
Minimum 5 years industrial environment experience
-
Expert knowledge of electrical, installation, and safety regulations
-
Strong electrical design and logic understanding
-
Proficiency reading electrical drawings, P&IDs, and process diagrams
-
Fluent English (Dutch preferred)
Nice to Have
-
PLC programming experience
-
Vacuum systems knowledge (PECVD/CVD)
-
CMMS tools proficiency
-
Risk analysis experience (FMEA/HAZOP)
-
Industrial automation knowledge
