What You'll Do

• Design and optimize powder metallurgy processes for electrode production

• Develop manufacturing parameters and process control strategies

• Conduct process characterization and troubleshooting

• Scale up processes from lab to production

• Collaborate with materials science and manufacturing teams

• Ensure quality and consistency in production processes

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• Experience with powder metallurgy or powder processing

• Understanding of materials characterization techniques

• Process development and optimization experience

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good English communication

Nice to Have

• Battery or energy storage industry experience

• Knowledge of electrode manufacturing

• Experience with scale-up processes
