Production Manager

Role

Lead manufacturing operations for DeltaQuad unmanned aerial vehicles; plan production schedules and optimise capacity and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process from planning to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop schedules and resource plans to meet demand.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (assembly, procurement, quality) to maintain output.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in production management or operations.
• Strong planning, organisational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a high-tech environment; familiarity with UAV industry is a plus.
