As deputy forward operations manager you own the execution, development, and quality assurance of all operational frameworks in Ukraine, ensuring readiness, effectiveness, and alignment with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain all company-led activities in Ukraine

• Develop, deploy, and optimize operational readiness frameworks in forward environments

• Ensure quality of onboarding, training, and ongoing support provided to military end users

• Act as the local representative for product support and escalate field issues to the relevant departments

• Provide structured feedback to support QA and engineering improvements

• Extensive field operations experience, ideally in high-intensity zones
