We are an innovative start-up based in Amsterdam, specializing in developing advanced unmanned systems software for Defense. We have a diverse team of engineers, project managers and defense experts and are aiming to grow to 70+ employees within the coming year.

As Forward Operations Manager your responsibility will be to support the development and coordination of forward deployment strategies, manage key operational stakeholders in emerging areas, and lead stakeholder relationship-building efforts across partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Deputy Forward Operations Manager in executing operational frameworks

• Maintain active engagement with operational stakeholders in emerging regions

• Facilitate cross-border coordination between Product, Engineering, and Operations for new initiative deployments

• Own the creation and internal dissemination of strategic intelligence reports

• Provide senior operational advisory support to the Head of Operations

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in military or defense NGO operations

• Proven capability to develop and manage field partnerships

• Strong analytical and strategic communication skills
