Information Security Officer

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Officer to own and lead our security function. You will establish and operate our ISMS, drive ISO 27001 certification, ensure ABRO compliance, and embed security across our people, processes, and technology. You report directly to the CTO, are part of the leadership team, and have the mandate and budget authority to define and enforce security standards across the organization.

In practice, this means:

• ISMS & Governance — Design and operate a formal ISMS, risk register, and security reporting structure

• ISO 27001 & ABRO — Lead certification and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable defense regulations

• Security Architecture — Define requirements for infrastructure, endpoints, access control, and monitoring

• Product Security — Own secure SDLC governance, vulnerability management, and CI/CD security requirements

• Incident Response — Establish detection, response, and resilience processes

• Security Awareness — Build a security-conscious culture through training and organization-wide engagement
