Fiducial is a young but fast-growing deep-tech start-up with big ambitions at the frontier of autonomy, perception, and defence. Our core expertise lies in 3D vision and graphics technologies which we deploy in a dual-use context for inspection and defence.

We're expanding rapidly and looking for an Operations Manager to help scale our company and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our operational processes and help us scale efficiently. You should have experience with operational planning, process improvement, and team management. Experience in tech, aerospace, or defence sectors is valuable.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee operational processes and efficiency

• Manage supply chain and vendor relationships

• Optimize workflows and procedures

• Support team coordination across departments

• Conduct process improvement initiatives

• Monitor KPIs and metrics

Skill Requirements:

Absolute must-haves:

• Operations management experience

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Experience with process improvement

• Problem-solving abilities

• Team management experience

• Excellent English communication

Nice-to-haves:

• Tech or aerospace industry experience

• Knowledge of supply chain management

• Experience with ERP systems

• Lean or Six Sigma certification

• Experience with regulatory compliance
