Senior Drone Trainer

Responsibilities

As a Senior Drone Trainer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for UAV operators and commanders

• Creating training materials and documentation for both software and hardware systems

• Conducting hands-on training in the field, including UAV operations and system capabilities

• Assessing trainee competency and providing feedback

• Collaborating with engineers and product managers to identify training needs

• Staying current with product updates and incorporating them into training programs

• Supporting customer success teams with technical training delivery

• Gathering feedback from trainees to improve training effectiveness

Who You Are

You are an experienced trainer with a strong background in autonomous systems, UAVs, or military equipment. You have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable training materials. You're comfortable speaking to diverse audiences and adapting your communication style. You have the experience and maturity to be trusted in high-pressure field environments.

Ideally, you:

• Have 5-10+ years of professional experience in UAV operations, training, or military systems

• Have direct operational experience with UAV systems

• Have experience in curriculum development and instructional design

• Have experience training military or law enforcement personnel

• Have strong public speaking and presentation skills

• Are comfortable with field conditions and demanding environments

• Have experience with technical documentation
